The Averett University softball team will hold a clinic on Saturday, Nov. 14, for ages 8-12. The camp will be held at Averett's softball field on the North Campus from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Cost is $35.

Stefanie Anderson and several current and former college players will provide instruction. Anderson, a Danville native and former standout at Tunstall High School and at Averett, guided the Cougars to a 20-17 record in 2009.
Campers will focus on instruction in throwing, catching, pitching, position play, hitting, base-running, bunting and teamwork.
Lunch will not be provided, but a 45-minute lunch break will provided.
