Averett (7-12, 4-4 USA South) takes on Methodist University (2-17, 2-4 USA South) on Saturday at 4 p.m .at the Grant Center.
The Cougars are fresh off a comeback win at Greensboro College on Monday. Methodist is coming off an 80-74 win over Ferrum College on Feb. 1. The Monarchs have won two in a row after losing their first 17 games.
In their first meeting of the season, Averett defeated Methodist 85-64 on Jan. 13 in Fayetteville, N.C.
