Averett (11-3, 20- USA South) will face off against USA South Conference foe Methodist University (9-4, 1-1 USA South) at Owen-Fulton Field on Saturday. First pitch is slated for 1 p.m.
The two-game series is the second conference series for both Schools Averett earned a two-game sweep of Greensboro College last weekend. Methodist earned a split with Christopher Newport University.
